Bio:
Our guest today played nine seasons in the NFL as a defensive end with the Cowboys and Ravens. He was a first-round draft pick in 2005 after a great college career at LSU, where he won a National Championship. He is now a college football analyst for the SEC network and ESPN, appearing on SEC Nation and Thinking Out Loud. He’s a husband and father of three.
