Tom Allen, Indiana’s Head Football Coach and 2020 Big 10 Coach of the Year unpacks the NFL Draft…having a purpose bigger than the scoreboard…and having a one-word philosophy.
Heading into his 5th season, Allen has led Indiana to a 24-21 record, back-to-back winning seasons, and has three wins over top-25 opponents. The Hoosiers finished the 2020 season 6-2 and 12th in the AP Top 25. Allen previously served as the Defensive Coordinator at Indiana and South Florida. A native of New Castle Indiana, Allen has spent time as an assistant at Ole Miss, Arkansas State, and Drake, among other programs.
