Lorenzo Alexander, former Buffalo Bills’ linebacker, unpacks transitioning away from his NFL playing days…the Bills’ surprising season…and growing in his faith during the pandemic.

Retiring from the NFL at the end of last season, Alexander played his college football at the University of California and joined the NFL in 2005. Throughout his long career, he also spent time with the Panthers, Redskins, Cardinals, and Raiders.

Playing multiple positions, including OL, DL, LB, FB, TE, and every special team’s unit, Alexander is a two-time Pro Bowler and last year was a second-team All-Pro. Throughout Alexander’s career, he was recognized as his team’s Walter Payton Man-of-the-Year twice and won the Athletes in Action Call to Courage Award.

Alexander is a husband, father, and leads the ACES Foundation (lorenzoalexander.org).
