Aaron Kampman is a former NFL defensive end who played his college football at the University of Iowa and was drafted in the fifth round of the 2002 NFL draft by the Packers. Spending eight years in Green Bay and two years in Jacksonville, he was a 2x Pro Bowler and 2x second-team All-Pro. He is now the founder and CEO of Align, where he empowers executives and organizations to become their best by intersecting time and purpose. Kampman is also a husband and a father of four who lives in Iowa.
