Head football coach for the Charlotte 49ers, Will Healy, unpacks the 2020 season…the role that faith played…and the importance of building a culture.
When Will started in 2019, he led Charlotte to their first winning season and the school’s first Bowl Game. The 2020 season turned out to be difficult by being cut short to only six games and going 2-4.
Previously, Will was the head coach at Austin Peay where he dramatically turned around their program. As a quarterback in college, he played at the Air Force Academy and at Richmond where he won a National Championship.
